Directors' Solutions has introduced "Directors' Call", an innovative, new approach to funeral home call management.
January 22, 2003 Dallas, TX - Directors' Solutions has introduced an innovative new approach to funeral call management, by allowing important "first call" customers to reach a funeral home director, after hours and off premises – automatically. This new service enhances client satisfaction while dramatically lowering costs.
The automated system called "Directors' Call", handles unanswered phone calls from the funeral homes. Callers are provided with a list of several options including the ability too request to speak with a funeral director; learn more about current service schedules; or learn more about floral or hotel arrangements for out of town visitors. Any messages that are left on the system are forwarded via email with the voice file attached, enabling the local funeral home to provide a variety of extra services with out increasing costs or overhead.
When a caller requests to speak to a funeral director, the Directors' Call solution will hold the caller while trying up to two separate phone numbers. Upon reaching and confirming with the funeral director, the call is then transferred. In the event the system cannot locate a funeral director, the funeral home has two options. The first option, allows Directors' Call to transfer the caller to a voice message system, which will automatically send a voice or text page to a director that a "call" is waiting. The second option will transfer the caller to a professional call service.
